What is Ceroc?
Ceroc (pronounced sir-rock) is a fun-filled fusion of swing and salsa dancing. Beginner moves start with no complicated footwork, more advanced moves are very stylish, and the mood is always lighthearted and friendly. We offer dance classes across Vancouver, with drop-in dance nights in Kitsilano every Friday and on Main Street every Thursday, plus more intensive dance workshops downtown and at other select studios on weekends.
Ceroc venues worldwide have been introducing people to the world of partner dancing for over 20 years. We look forward to seeing you at one of our dance nights.

Summer shenanigans

Ceroc drop-in classes continue all through the summer months - we like to get hot & sweaty on the dance floor!! It just means less clothing and more deodorant! Take advantage of our $40 monthly pass and join us every Thursday and Friday night. There are a couple of places remaining at the last of the Cerocshops (until the Fall) - Blues Close Moves and Performance Moves with Styling - so book online today. We're also starting the Ceroc Dance Team practises and everyone is welcome. This year we'll be performing brand new routines at Kits Showboat and the PNE. Last but not least, if you've never been to a Ceroc night, July is FREE MEMBERSHIP MONTH, so your first night will only cost you $10. What a bargain, woo hoo!

Ceroc Canada turns 4 this month HURRAH!! So, of course, there will be a party to celebrate. If you are 19 or over, join us at the Billy Bishop on Friday May 21st for a night of dancing, partying and cake. It will be great to see faces 'old' & new. As if that isn't exciting enough, we also have a fabulous intermediate Cerocshop of Classic moves on May 30, and we are beginning to put our summer dance team together. Check out our new Summer School if you are interested in being part of our performance team this year (all abilities welcome, sense of humour encouraged!), or just contact ac.corec@yrrek.

We have two exciting Cerocshops scheduled for April - Tango style on Sunday 11th and Beginners on Sunday 25th. Three hours of intensive dancing for $30. Both your place ASAP to avoid disappointment. The Easter bunny has also delivered our brand new monthly passes, only $40 for a calendar month of dance classes! In April, that's 9 classes for $40. What a bargain!! Ceroc dance classes will be held every Thursday (Main St.) and almost every Friday (Kits) in April. The Billy Bishop venue will be closed on Friday April 30th for a Legion event. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Cerocshops...Spring Madness

Now that "The Games" are almost over, we're feeling all 'gold-medally' and ready to hit the dance floor running!! Our usual drop-in nights on Thursdays and Fridays are going strong, plus we have our annual Spring Ball on March 26th. This is one of our biggest and most fun events of the year. So grab your posh togs and your friends and join us for some Olympic-sized partying. Cerocshops are also scheduled for the Spring if you really want to kick start your dancing this year, followed by our new intensive Ceroc Summer School (details soon, we promise)! It's all go, go, go (we can almost hear the cowbells!).
